That’s why we have a strict no-phone policy during wedding shoots — you’ll receive 100% of our attention throughout the day. Our photographers always stay close to the couple, ready to capture any moment on request. We also make sure to arrive a little early at the start of the day to prepare and ensure everything runs smoothly.
For photography, we bring at least three cameras — so if one fails, the other two are ready to go. For videography, we use a three-camera setup as well, guaranteeing full coverage from multiple angles.
We take memory card safety very seriously. No matter how late the wedding ends, the very first thing we do when we get home is back up all your photos and videos — because your memories deserve to be protected without compromise.
Brisbane summers are known for sudden rainstorms, and many of our couples worry that bad weather might ruin their wedding photos. But with Viva Weddings, you don’t have to stress.
Our cameras are fully weather-resistant and capable of shooting even during heavy rain. We also provide elegant transparent wedding umbrellas that not only keep you dry but also add a beautiful, romantic touch to your photos.
And in the rare case of a thunderstorm or lightning, where the venue has no suitable indoor photography space, we’ve got your back. We’ll offer you a separate two-hour location shoot on a weekday, and only charge a small $200 travel fee. That way, you’ll still get stunning wedding photos — rain or shine.

We are very flexible with our bookings. You can either book us a few months in advance or contact us for an upcoming wedding if you need a photographer urgently. If our schedule allows, we will do our best to accommodate your needs, so please feel free to reach out to us.
